Animal-Assisted Support & Community Participation
At Paws in Good Hands, we understand that for many NDIS participants, a pet is more than just a companion, they are a vital part of your wellbeing and emotional support.
Our team provides professional support services designed to help you maintain your connection with your pets and engage with your local Perth community. Whether you need assistance walking your dog to stay active or help managing pet-related tasks at home, we are here to support your goals.

How We Support Your NDIS Goals
We work with Plan Managed and Self-Managed participants under the following Core Support categories:
-
Social & Community Participation: We provide a support worker to accompany you and your dog on walks, helping you get out into the community safely and confidently.
-
Assistance with Daily Life: We assist with essential pet care tasks that you may find challenging due to your disability, ensuring your home remains a healthy environment for both you and your pet.
-
Capacity Building: Helping you develop the skills and routines needed to care for your animal companion independently.
